David Adair at Area 51 – Advanced Symbiotic Technology UFOTVstudios

Space technology transfer consultant and former rocket whiz kid David Adair speaks out for the first time on camera in this interview about his remarkable encounters with an alien engine, DOD agents, and Air Force General Curtis Lemay in 1971 at Groom Lake, Nevada (Area-51). Hear first hand testimony about advanced alien technology and our military’s most closely guarded secrets surrounding the UFO phenomena.

Adair explains how at age 17 he built an electro-magnetic containment plasma fusion rocket engine and was invited by Air Force bigwigs to launch it at White Sands Missal Range. That led to his being taken to Area 51 where he saw an engine that was light years beyond anything on Earth – so sophisticated it responded to the thoughts and emotions of it’s pilots.

Now, comfortable with the way UFO information is starting to be accepted by the American public, Adair has decided to reveal the amazing truth which he held to himself for over 25 years.

Also revealed are his meetings with renowned physicist Stephan Hawkings.

NATO troops in Tripoli

It’s no longer a surprise that a media war is being waged against Gaddafi and Libya. In March, all news were breaking and highly contradictive towards each other. A month passed until Libyans finally learned to disprove the lies, but while the news themselves grew relatively neutral, a new wave of misinformation was being prepared.

It arose in global media approximately on 15th of August, when a Saudi Arabia newspaper Asharq Alawsat told that Gaddafi is allegedly ill and ready to leave the country. Saudis, mortal enemies of Muammar Gaddafi, were, of course, such a reliable source, that all other papers followed.

In the same time news channels were choking with new victories of the insurgency. It looked like it took rebels a couple of hours to occupy a city, making poor Moussa Ibrahim steam from his ears, proving to journalists that it is virtually impossible. All this show was a careful preparation for the main course – the taking of Tripoli. But in spite of mercenaries parachuted from Misurata to the south, despite attempts to cut the road from Tunisia, despite the insurgents’ zerg rush on all fronts, much of the rebel success remained on the screen. And cities cannot be taken by illusion. Therefore, NATO decided to pursue the most risky way: beginning the ground operation.

To cover it up and in the same time spread chaos and panic among Libyans, a set of Tripoli’s Green Square, Bab al-Azizya and several streets was constructed in Doha, Qatar, and videos of successful uprising in Tripoli and its takeover by the rebels were being made. The directors used the same stratagem that their civilian counterparts in Vietnam War movies: to draw their supposed victories.

On the 20th of August, Twitter, the major supplier of nonexistent witnesses came to life, like a shelled hornet nest. Rebels reported about fights in the city center – with smartphones in the free hand, no doubt. Some have gone further and managed alone to fully capture the west of the city. With the blessings of the almighty Photoshop pictures of rebels against Tripoli and Zawya were shown. Making sure that the February script goes according to plan, and the audience does not seem to mind, the forces of democracy gave a sign to the “moles”, long located in the capital and waiting for this day.

The saboteurs ran recorded sounds of battle through speakers of the mosques, to mislead the citizens and give reporters the reason to write about the “audible gunfights and explosions”. Simultaneously, dozens of armed people from Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt leaked to several areas of the city, shooting and threatening Libyans. Several Apaches flew in and bombed. The premier of the Qatari film failed at the box office, and the saboteurs were quickly dealt with, but they turned out to be a distraction. NATO marines and mercenaries were arriving from the sea in small fast boats.

The slaughter began. Within 11 hours, 1300 innocent civilians were killed in Tripoli, and 5000 injured, as French Foreign Legion and Al Qaeda cut their way through. All this time, the bombings continued non-stop. Three Apaches flew over the city, firing their miniguns. The gangs of Al Qaeda were burning houses, looting shops and assaulting every woman in sight. Any prominent supporter of Gaddafi was targeted and their houses attacked first. The number of gangs is still increasing right now, coming in from the sea in the small NATO crafts, and directed by the Special Forces of all the aggressor nations. Right now, the situation is unclear due to power cuts and informational blockade.

These are news you will never hear from BBC or CNN: your taxes spent on mercenaries, that kill women and children in a country that never posed a threat to Europe or USA. And while you savor this wonderful notion, let us take a closer look on Qatari Hollywood:

Barack’s Betrayals Offer Lessons We Can’t Deny

Journalists are not supposed to have political opinions and yet we all do. Our “biases” are usually disguised, not blatant or overtly partisan, and can be divined in what stories we cover and how we cover them.

Even ‘just the fact’s maam,’ journos for big media have to decide which facts to include and which to ignore.

Our outlooks are always shaped by our worldviews, values and experience, not too mention the outlets we work for.

Which brings me to the challenge of seeking truth and recognizing it when you see it.

I have to admit that I was seduced by the idea of Barack Obama.

The idea of a black President, the idea of a young President, the idea of an articulate President, and the idea of a man married to such a stand up woman from a working class family was hard to resist.

Here’s a guy who seemed really smart, not just because he went to Harvard, but because professors there I liked were impressed with him. (I taught at Harvard and know very well how not so smart many students there can be!)

In the end it doesn’t mean much, but in that period he lived about a block away from the house I once shared on Dartmouth Street in Somerville.

Was that a degree of separation?

He had also been a community organizer, starting in politics at the grass roots in Chicago. I also worked at Saul Alinsky-style organizing and even knew the iconic organizer personally.

Was that another degree?

He’s invoked the spirit of the civil rights movement, but was not part of it. He treated Dr. King as a monument before the new memorial was conceived, embracing him as a symbol of the past, not a guide to the future.

He took an anti-war stance on pragmatic grounds only, preferring Afghanistan to Iraq. He hasn’t extricated us from either battlefield.

His strategy borrowed heavily from the Bush Doctrine. What’s the difference, really, as US troops now intervene worldwide and Guantanamo remains open for business?

There was a lot I didn’t know.  I didn’t know the backgrounds of those that groomed him and funded him. His relationship with the centrist DLC was murky, as were the details on the services he performed for a shadowy firm, Business International, said to have CIA links.

There were those who warned, but I guess, I didn’t want to listen.

Why?  I didn’t want to reinforce my own skepticism and sense of despair. I feigned at being hopeful even as I took quite a few critical whacks at his positions in my blog. His deviations from a liberal agenda and his panes to the “free market” were considered necessary for his “electability.”

I was also influenced by the euphoria for him overseas that had become infectious, but has since soured.

To be honest, I was so disgusted with eight years of George Bush for all the right reasons that I wanted him gone full stop, as did millions of Americans.

Hillary didn’t appeal to me, not because she’s a woman but because of her slavish affinity for the Israel lobby and middle of the road Democrats. (Yes, Obama, did his mea-culpa to AIPAC too!)

I was denounced as a super sexist by a few for not buying into her centrist Clintonista crusade.

She had gone from a student advocate to part of a ruling family; he went from bottom-up activism to top-down elitism.

When she joined his “team,” you knew they were always in the same league.

When the right bashed him for associating with radical Bill Ayers, who I knew, it made me suspect he might even be cooler than I thought, even as he raced to distance himself.  His membership in Reverend Wright’s church hinted at a deeper consciousness until he buckled in the media heat and threw the man that married him under the bus.

And yet, I wanted to believe because I needed to believe, needed to believe it was possible to change the American behemoth, to believe that, as he kept saying, “it could be different this time.”

As the late writer David Foster Wallace put it:

“In the day-to-day trenches of adult life … there is no such thing as not worshipping. Everybody worships. The only choice we get is what to worship … else (what) you worship will eat you alive. If you worship money and things – if they are where you tap real meaning in life – then you will never have enough. Never feel you have enough.”

So, in a sense, I became a worshipper like so many, not of the man or the dance he was doing in an infected political environment, but because I convinced myself that I worshipped possibility, that there are times when the unexpected, even the unbelievable occurs. I had seen Mandela go from prison to the presidency of South Africa.

After all, how does a progressive blast a candidate who has Bruce Springsteen and Pete Seeger singing the uncensored version of “This Land Is Your Land” at his inaugural?”

Yet, there was always a nagging question: was he with us or just co-opting us?

Yes We Can?

Slowly, despite the glow and the aura, deeper truths surfaced, realities I had winked away. Its not surprising that his mantra has gone, as the Washington Post reports, from the “fierce urgency of now,” to “ Be patient, democracy is big and tough and messy.”

Yes, I knew, I may have been rationalizing a false god, who was only, if more attractive, another politician who says one thing and does another in a political system where power, not personalities prevail.

Like many of his predecessors he would be “captured” by the power structures, by the military men and contractors at the Pentagon and the money men on Wall Street.

He was in office, but never really in charge. Clearly, he didn’t have the votes to enact a real change agenda. But that was because his own party was long ago bought and paid for.

He never had a chance, even if as I wanted to believe, he wanted one. He said he wanted to be transformational figure but the system transformed him—and quickly.

Everyone runs “against Washington,” even a Senator, who was part of it.
And so I held my nose and voted, hoping against my wiser instincts. I even made a positive film about the campaign that showed how he used social media and texting to mobilize new voters. When I tried to get a copy to the White House, through an insider there, I found they couldn’t be less interested.

By then, he had gone from playing the “outside game” to opting into the “inside game” built around compromise in the name of “pragmatism” or, ‘getting it done,’ in his words. In the end he was a rookie who may have outsmarted himself or just served the interests who put him there.

He couldn’t dump his most passionate and issue-oriented followers fast enough.

While his backers were still hot to trot, he became cooler toward them, and in effect, repudiated them with few progressive appointments. He put on his flag pin and relished the symbolism of the “office.”  He became the master of the uplifting speech disguising a quite different policy agenda.

He spoke for the people but served the power. His wanted the other side to love him too, even as his stabs at “bi-partisanship” proved non-starters.

When you lie down with those “lambs,” (or is it snakes?) you betray not only supporters, but their hopes. FDR was soon spinning in his grave.

I am not surprised that knowledgeable critics of his economic policies not only consider him bull-headed and wrong, but actually corrupt, aligned and complicit, with the banksters who are still ripping us off. No wonder he’s ”bundled” more donations from the greedsters and financiers this year than in 2008! No wonder, he turned his back on consumer advocate Elizabeth Warren and is trying to kill prosecutions of bank fraud in high places.

Christopher Whalen, who writes for Reuters, say there will be a cost for his doing nothing:

“The path of least resistance politically has been to temporize and talk. But by following the advice of Rubin and Summers, and avoiding tough decisions about banks and solvency, President Obama has only made the crisis more serious and steadily eroded public confidence. In political terms, Obama is morphing into Herbert Hoover.”

Yet, at the same time, many of us who now know how we have been used, will vote for him again because, as he rightly calculates, there is no one else, and the alternative is even worse. Watch and weep as today’s rebels become next year’s rationalizers.

It reminds me of when activists were asked to vote for Lyndon Johnson in 1964 with the slogan “Part of the Way with LBJ.” That way ended with an endless escalation of war in Vietnam, and guns trumping butter. Sound familiar?

The search for truth and reality has hit a wall, but has to continue. The lessons need to be learned. We have to say we were wrong, when we were, not in our beliefs, but in pinning our hopes on a shrewd, ambitious, and double-faced political performance artist.

While people who still back him dismiss the accusation that’s he’s a hidden socialist, Kenyan, or space alien, all too many suspect he may be a secret Republican. He is who he is, aloof, cautious, and a man in the middle. He’s staying there.

Let’s give David Foster the last word:

“The really important kind of freedom involves attention, and awareness, and discipline, and effort, and being able truly to care about other people and to sacrifice for them, over and over, in myriad petty little unsexy ways, every day. That is real freedom. The alternative is unconscioussness,…

… It is about simple awareness – awareness of what is so real and essential, so hidden in plain sight all around us, that we have to keep reminding ourselves, over and over ….”

Suspected meteorite caught on tape in Peru

(CBS News)A suspected meteorite streaked across the Peruvian sky over the ancient city of Cusco on Thursday.

Residents were surprised to see the object shooting across the horizon around 2 p.m. local time.

A meteorite is a natural object from space that survives impact with the Earth’s surface.

Local officials were trying to determine where the suspected meteorite may have landed.

Cusco is a city on the Andes mountain in southeastern Peru. It is a major tourist attraction and was the capital of the ancient Inca empire.

WHO IS ROBERT MONROE?

WHO IS ROBERT MONROE?

Robert Monroe, founder of the Monroe Mind Research Institute in Virginia, began studying altered states of consciousness in 1958. At that time, Monroe was a succesful businessman, having graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in engineering, and a second one in journalism. As an executive of a radio station, Monroe led a busy and normal life. That same year Monroe began studying what happens to consciousness while the body is asleep. His first experiments consisted of listening to tapes that contained various types and combinations of sounds. He researched out of body experiences (oobe’s) until his own death. In his 3 books (Journey Out of Body, Journeys Beyond the Universe, and The Ultimate Journey), Monroe shares what he has found after years of researching, studying, and experimenting using most often his own experiences as reference and/or basis for his observations. His notes are very sober and clear, and he manages to transmitt clear, impartial, ‘reporter’ type descriptions. His narrations are consistent and well organized, and his writings slowly go into details about life, death, and much, much more. (subjects presented in his second and third books are not discussed in this paper)

In his first book, Monroe describes an oobe as, “1. A person perceives part of the environment that cannot be perceived by the physical body 2. The person is fully aware that this is not a dream state” (Journeys Out of Body, pg. 8). That is, all of the subjects critical faculties are normal, and they bear full consciousness of his/herself and of the environment. He points out that not only have oobes been reported all over the world, coming from different ethnic and social backgrounds, but that most of our ideas concerning life, death, souls, rebirth, and so on, resulted from experiencing oobes. The difficulty in studying the out of body phenomenon arises out of the fact that it is usually very spontaneous. Few people manage to repeat them, and even fewer have any sort of control over out of body states. Nonetheless, Monroe set out to scrutinize such states, dedicating much of himself to understanding the process behind an out of body experience (and consequently, understanding himself). A great part of his books consists of notes taken immediately after he would awaken from his experiences, and definite conclusions, though few, are present.

As he began his work, Monroe started experiencing a particular altered state of consciousness. He referred to this state as the second state, the first state being our normal, everday waking attention. This second state includes feelings of vibrations, looseness of the limbs, a sense of being inflated, not to mention a definite change in state of mind. He also began noting he could feel what seemed to be a second body. Since Monroe lacked any sort of mystic, superstitious approaches, he began differentiating between what he called Locale I and Locale II. He was never confortable with the term astral, since its origins are mostly mystic and occult in nature, often involving witchcraft, sorcery, and magic, and this was never Monroe’s temperament. He had a very western, science oriented mind thus being very analytical and with a keen sense of logic. And so Monroe designated these terms: Locale I is the everday physical world we all perceive, while Locale II is a nonphysical environment. Our physical body is thus our ‘vehicle’ for Locale I, and the 2nd body the vehicle for Locale II.

THE SECOND BODY

Throught the first book characteristics of the second body become more apparent. Through his experiences and through observations of other’s experiences, it becomes clear that there are some limitations imposed over the this body. Though at first glance it might seem have no substance, the second body does posses some weight and is thus subject to gravity. This can be observed by uncountable reports of how the limbs sink when seperating. The second body also has an extremely low density. It can easily go through physical walls, objects, or other solid structures. Monroe describes, for example, that though some resistance might at first be found when putting an arm through a wall, when force is applied (this is not a force resulting from muscles), the “vibratory tension” is broken, and the second body goes right through. This revealed that it does not affect the structure or solidity of whatever it is going through, neither is its own integrity affected. It is much as if they are in different vibratory rates, different “phases”.

Another characteristic of the second body is that it is visible under some circumstances, and so Monroe concludes it must thus possess some ability to radiate or reflect light. While in Locale II, the second body radiates a sort of glow (which can vary from person to person). Furthermore, Monroe also affirms that there are states in which a person in full waking consciousness can see the second body, but he is not certain what such state(s) might be.

The sense of touch is also present in the second body, and it operates much in the same way as it does in the physical body. All parts of the second body are sensitive to touch, and when a nonphysical hand touches something, it feels exactly as when a physical hand does it. But different than the physical body, the second body is very maleable and has great flexibility and capacity for stretching. Most often during oobe’s, if the mind does not determine a specific body format, the human form is taken, most likely due to some automatic, habitual thought process. In essence though, the second body is a true shapeshifter. It is not restrained into one shape. It has the ability to mold and shape in different ways.

Many observations were made concerning a cord that seems to connect the two bodies, one of them being that communication travels both ways. By means of this cord information is exchanged between the physical body and the second body (which holds consciousness during an oobe), and between the second body and the physical body. This seems to be how oober’s get indications that they should return, perhaps due to some body discomfort, or due to something that is around the physical body. This means that if ‘anything’ were to try and enter your body while you were out oobe’ing, immediately your cord would snap you back. This cord is much like a saftey system. It is commonly described as being silver in color, and is extremely flexible, being able to stretch indefinately.

When dealing with movement, the second body does not quite move in the same manner as in the physical. It is not bound to the ground, and is not directly affected by physical objects. This results in major changes in movement patterns. You don’t need to open the door to leave a room. Rather, you simply think of moving out, and through the door you go. It is the force of thought that is in control. The second body is “willed” into motion. That is to say it does not move by coordinating some mechanical procedure between muscles, bones, and tendons. It does not move my means of muscular tension. The mind the second body’s muscles. The second body can therefore easily fly, spin, roll, twist, stretch, bend, bounce. Imagine how this brings about a great feeling of freedom and liberty which is rather restricted in our physical bodies.

Monroe also suggests that there exists some relationship between the second body, electricity, and electromagnetic fields. In one experience he vividly describes being trapped inside some sort of cage or trap, and he later conlcudes his body (second body) had stood beside a power generator, and had somehow gotten caught in an electromagnetic cage, much like a “ghost trap”. Though there seems to be a direct relationship between the 2nd body and electromagnetic fields, he cannot offer any conclusive ideas, but does suggest further research since a direct relationship between the nonphysical and electromagnetism seems evident.

LOCALE II

Similar to the second body, Locale II is quite maleable. Locale I can never bring strange unknown happenings. That is, in Locale I we might run into “non-intimate” events, but ultimately never unknown ones (this means the physical world follows regular patterns regarding energy, matter, motion, acceleration and so on) Locale II, on the other hand, is non-material, and so the laws of motion and matter are remotely related to the physcal world. In his first book, Monroe describes how matter and solidity in Locale II are brought about by one of 3 ways. First, it is created by those who existed within some pattern, and whose patterns persist (automatic). Second, it is a recreation of certain features of Locale I, brought about those who have dwelled in the physical, and which serves to enhance Locale II in some fashion. And finally, it is brought about by some higher order of beings who are more conscious of Locale II than we are, and whose purpose seem to be to stimulate and benefit those that are emerging (Journeys Out of Body pg 66).

According to Monroe, a basic law of Locale II is that it is a state of being where “thought” is the primary driving force behind existance. It is the primordial force that propells us forward. It is a vital creative force that manipulates energy, groups matter into specific formats, and provides channels for communication and perception. What you think is what you are (Journeys Out of Body pg 68). Within Locale II frontiers are unknown. It contains a depth and dimension that are incomprehensible to the finite conscious mind. It contains Heaven. It contains Hell. It is timeless, not in the sense that it lacks a past/present/future, but in the sense that it lacks any cyclic divisions. All 3 exist together, in the NOW. It is the natural place for the body to be in. Consequently it is inhabited by entities with various levels of intelligence and evolution.

Furthermore, Locale II is composed of our most profound desires and fears. No sort of conditioning or inhibition will work. While in Locale II, one cannot pretend, suppress, or hide. Emotions that are so carefully repressed in the physical are released full force while one is in Locale II. It comes up with crushing force and must be overcome if a certain level of awareness is to be achieved. In essence, someone who is somewhat lucid during an oobe, but who has little or no control over their emotions and desires, they will act and behave much like a psychotic person behaves in the physical world.

ATTAINING THE OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE

Reaching the 2nd body and achieving an oobe would require Monroe to go through certain stages. These can be described as 3 basic steps which are described in his first book: 1. relaxation, 2. vibrational state, and 3. seperation. Relaxation is the first step. One deliberately instills it both physically and mentally. One has to be able to fully relax and “disconnect” from the world in order to begin feeling the more subtle realities. There are quite a few different methods to attain relaxation. Self hypnosis, counting backwards, visualizations, and mantras are but a few of the methods available.

The main idea behind relaxing is to keep the mind alert and awake while the body goes to sleep. The mind will keep on focusing on something while the body falls asleep. It is much like being in the frontier of being awake and being asleep. At first this can cause some apprehension, impatience, and discomfort. But with practice one learns to maintain this state. Once it is achieved, the focusing ceases and the mind goes into a “neutral” state. It becomes strictly an observer, and it no longer is ‘connected’ to the physical body.

At this point two things most likely begin happening. High pitched sounds and vibrations most often begin appearing. At first, this can result in panic attacks. Fears always interfere and must thus be overcome. Sooner or later one realizes that the physical body is not receiving an electric shock, and that no physical damage is being done. According to Monroe, after one becomes accustomed to this uncomfortable state it actually becomes very pleasing and soothing.

The intensity and frequency of the vibrations can vary. But it is consistently reported in pre-oobe experiences. It is rather as if the 2nd body is “warming up”. Monroe himself recommends that one try manipulating the vibrations. Moving them around the body, increasing the frequency, carrying them from the head down to the toe, and so on all can help achieve an oobe. Most of all, one should aim to getting used to them, so that any doubts and fears can be removed and replaced by a sense of control and well-being. As mentioned before, vibrations almost always precede a seperation of bodies. It is also an effective means of circulating energy, and activating energy centers.

Once the vibrational state has become more familiar, the process of seperation begins taking place. It is important to note that a strict control must be kept over the mind at this point. Either no thoughts should be present, or instead, one single focused thought occupies the mind. A simple thought of fear, or a thought of the physical body can instantly bring one back to the physical. Similarly, it is through thoughts that seperation can be manipulated. Most often limbs begin seperating first. Hands and arms (second body) will move sideways, often slowly falling towards the floor. Here it is possible to feel with the hands. Slowly one can begin moving the arms around, touching, feeling, and experimenting putting a hand through the floor, for instance. There are several ways to seperate the body. Commanding yourself to float up, stand up, roll over, slide downwards towards the feet are a few. As noted, thoughts are power in this situation. By shouting “out! out! out!” one may indeed exit the body as efficiently as trying to stand. The key then is to focus and direct thoughts.

It is not an easy sight to see your own body sleeping in bed. Most often fears will take over and the person will instantly awake. It is important that one get familiarized with not only the process of seperation, but also the process of returning. Typically the latter is far easier to accomplish, but both cause shock and surprise. Once one is familiar with seperating and returning, once the most basic fears are overcome, then can one move on to a more sober and effective exploration of Locale II.

THE MIND

In his first book Monroe describes how awareness can be divided into 3 forms. subconsciousness, consciousness and superconsciousness. Our subsconscious consists of our deepest fears, desires, and emotions. Alot of times a certain fear, for instance, is thought to have been overcome, but as soon as Locale II is reached, out from deep within the self (subconscious) that same fear arises. An example that is easily observable is the sexual urge. It can and usually is overpowering, and even experienced oober’s have difficulty controlling and overcoming such urge. Sometimes as soon as the 2nd body is reached, subconscious sex urges erupt much like a volcano, clouding away everything else, and demanding immediate satisfaction. Fears work very much in the same way. Both erupt with such force that any trace of conscious, analytical mind processes are instantly drowned amidst the burning lava.

On the other side of the coin we have superconsciousness. It is often described as all-knowing. It is fully aware and it “knows” what is right for us, what is wrong, what is best, what course of action is the correct one, who we should or shouldn’t work with, what we need, what we don’t need (another term for it is higher sefl). But much like the subconscious, it is tucked away somehwere beyond the grasp of the conscious mind. Typically, our conscious mind is stubborn, inflexible and hard headed. Problems can and do arise when it (conscious mind) is unwilling to accept or follow the superconscious directions. On the physical level the superconscious mind and subconscious mind are mostly hidden. But in the second state both become extremely present. The conscious mind is thus a sort of regulator of a great force (Monroe does not state what this force is) which encompasses all three minds. Likewise, it is a regulator of subconscious and superconscious impulses. Although thought and action are seperate in the physical, they become ONE in the second state. Thought becomes action, action becomes thought. There ceases to be a distinction. The thought of movement creates motion. An example is when the thought of a person determines a place to meet and automatically “carries” one to such place.

Thought patterns found in the physical world often bleed into the second state, mostly because they are so habitual and so fixed into our routines that we ‘forget’ they are even there. Some common examples are habits such as smoking, wearing clothes, leaving rooms through doors, reaching out for door knobs, staying close to the ground, using stairs and so on. Bleeding in of subconscious and superconscious thoughts is also evident. Subconscious emotional thoughts will erupt, and then gradually is this force molded into coherent actions. Likewise it is the necessities of the superconscious that creates movements into unknwon areas, without there being any immediate conscious recognition or understanding of the motivating forces.

Again, the conscious mind is much like a regulator, balancing the flows between the subconscious and superconscious minds. Withing the 2nd state it is then possible to attain a totality of awareness. This means an effective “control” and awareness of the 3 states, subconscious, conscious, and superconscious. Thought (and thus action) is directed by the totality of the three, the conscious mind being the regulator.

The conscious mind is thus constantly attempting to regulate, internalize, interpret, and identify, what it receives from the sub/superconscious minds. Based on previous experiences, the conscious mind extrapolates whatever possible meaning it can from sub/superconscious input. Quite often it attempts to identify input that does not correspond to any of its stored experiences. And since it will not ignore the input, it then transforms it into the closest possible variation based on the experiences it has lived. This means that upon recollecting or remembering experiences, much distortion is bound to occur. Dream elements are most often attempts of the conscious mind to transform unknown and unrecognizable input into something it is familiar with. It becomes easy to then observe how symbolic dreams and memories of the second state actually are.

HEAVEN AND HELL

Within this perspective, some light is shed upon the notion of Heaven and Hell. When in the second state it is too easy for the conscious mind to interpret an unknown environment as being Heaven, or to interpret some form of communication as having talked with God and angels. Or the opposite: they have been down in Hell, surrounded by cries of agony, pain, engulfed by darkness. Gradually, as fears are overcome and as the conscious mind more effectively regulates the sub/superconscious input, Heaven and Hell concepts are, in the least, reformulated. If absolutely no fear is present, how can Hell sustain itself? “Ones notion of Heaven and Hell seems to be within the mold of ones most profound motivations, emotions, and personality impulses.” (Journeys Out of Body pg 68)

Monroe describes several experiences where he felt at loss and afraid. He also describes inumerous situations when he was helped by nonphysical entities. Often when distressed Monroe would fervently pray and call for help, but this never proved to be effective. Such beings were not always present when help was needed, nor did they always respond to prayer and anguish. Quite the contrary. Most often they would help when none had been asked for. This reveals that such help is given based on their own choice. They do not come running to help when someone lets out a mental scream. They are not subject to our infantile cries for help and desperate praying, nor are they always present to deal with our subconscious fears. Much like a teacher leads a student without actually doing any work for them, these helpers guide us through life, but without solving our problems. That task is up to each one of us. These entities are not personal body guards that rush to our rescue each time we find ourselves in trouble. Neither are they babysitters.

In Monroe’s experiences these entities are not described as being openly friendly. Nonetheless, their actions are imbued with a sense of comprehension, conscientization, and objectivity. In some occasions they are present and help, while in others they do not manifest themselves. Monroe offers no possible explanation, except that their reasons are beyond our conscious understanding. Perhaps there exists some form of communication happening through our superconscious mind. Among oober’s and those who research this field, it is common practice to refer to such helpers. Their help is everywhere.

CONCLUSION

In its entirety, Monroe’s first book is an excellent source of reference for very solid, straightforward, and extremely sober observations regarding out of body states. His definitions are always clean, and his insights are always frank and honest. He manages to introduce his work, his findings, his accomplishments, all in bite size chunks, easy to follow, easy to swallow. His lack of mystical approaches is what best defines him and his work. A few things from the book are not mentioned here, a few are just lightly mentioned. There are huge implications to even simple ideas such as “thought is action”, and he does delve into them a bit, but for the purposes of this paper, they were not explored.

What's really in the food? The A to Z of the food industry's most evil ingredients

(NaturalNews) Ever wonder what’s really in the food sold at grocery stores around the world? People keep asking me, “What ingredients should I avoid?” So I put together a short list that covers all the most toxic and disease-promoting ingredients in the food supply. These are the substances causing cancer, diabetes, heart disease and leading to tens of billions of dollars in unnecessary health care costs across America (and around the world).

If you want to stay healthy and out of the hospital, read ingredients labels and make sure you avoid all these ingredients:

Acrylamides – Toxic, cancer-causing chemicals formed in foods when carbohydrates are exposed to high heat (baking, frying, grilling). They’re present in everything from bread crusts to snack chips, and because they aren’t intentional ingredients, acrylamides do NOT have to be listed on labels.

Aspartame – Chemical sweetener that causes neurological disorders, seizures, blurred vision and migraine headaches. (http://www.naturalnews.com/030918_a…)

Autolyzed Proteins – Highly processed form of protein containing free glutamate and used to mimic the taste-enhancer chemical MSG.

BPA (Bisphenol-A) – A hormone mimicking chemical found in nearly all food packaging plastics. Active in just parts per billion, BPA promotes cancer, infertility and hormone disorders. It also “feminizes” males, promoting male breast growth and hormone disruption (http://www.naturalnews.com/032860_B…).

Casein – Milk proteins. Hilariously, this is widely used in “soy cheese” products that claim to be alternatives to cow’s milk. Nearly all of them are made with cow’s milk proteins.

Corn Syrup – Just another name for High Fructose Corn Syrup (see below). Frequently used in infant formula products (http://www.naturalnews.com/029863_S…).

Food Colors – FD&C Red #40, for example, is linked to behavioral disorders in children. Nearly all artificial food colors are derived from petroleum, and many are contaminated with aluminum.

Genetically Modified Ingredients – Not currently listed on the label because the GMO industry (Monsanto and DuPont) absolutely does not want people to know which foods contain GMOs. Nearly all conventionally grown corn, soy and cotton are GMOs. They’re linked to severe infertility problems and may even cause the bacteria in your body to produce and release a pesticide in your own gut. If you’re not eating organic corn, you’re definitely eating GMO corn. (http://www.naturalnews.com/026426_G…) Learn more at www.ResponsibleTechnology.org or watch my GMO music video (hilarious) at www.NaturalNews.com/NoGMO

High Fructose Corn Syrup – A highly processed liquid sugar extracted with the chemical solvent glutaraldehyde and frequently contaminated with mercury (http://www.naturalnews.com/032948_h…). It’s also linked to diabetes, obesity and mood disorders. Used in thousands of grocery items, including things you wouldn’t suspect like pizza sauce and salad dressings.

Homogenized Milk – The fats in the milk are artificially modified to change them into smaller molecules that stay in suspension in the milk liquid (so the milk fat doesn’t separate) (http://www.naturalnews.com/022967_m…). While it makes milk look better on the shelf, it’s also blamed for promoting heart disease and may contribute to milk allergies. Raw milk is healthier, which is why the government had outlawed it (http://www.naturalnews.com/029322_r…).

Hydrochloride – When you see anything hydrochloride, such as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride or Thiamin Hydrochloride, those are chemical forms of B vitamins that companies add to their products to be able to claim higher RDA values of vitamins. But these are synthetic, chemical forms of vitamins, not real vitamins from foods or plants. Nutritionally, they are near-useless and may actually be bad for you. Also watch out for niacinamide and cyanocobalamin (synthetic vitamin B-12). (http://www.naturalnews.com/032766_c…)

Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein – A highly processed form of (usually) soy protein that’s processed to bring out the free glutamate (MSG). Use as a taste enhancer.

Partially Hydrogenated Oils – Oils that are modified using a chemical catalyst to make them stable at room temperature. This creates trans fatty acids and greatly increases the risk of blocked arteries (http://www.naturalnews.com/027445_f…). It also promotes what I call “sludge blood,” which is thick, viscous blood that’s hard to pump. This is usually diagnosed by doctors as “high blood pressure” and (stupidly) treated with blood-thinning medications that are technically the same chemicals as rat poison (warfarin) (http://www.naturalnews.com/023149_d…).

Phosphoric Acid – The acid used in sodas to dissolve the carbon dioxide and add to the overall fizzy-ness of the soda. Phosphoric acid will eat steel nails. It’s also used by stone masons to etch rocks. The military uses it to clean the rust off battleships. In absolutely destroys tooth enamel (http://www.naturalnews.com/021774.html). Search Google Images for “Mountain Dew Mouth” to see photos of teeth rotted out by phosphoric acid: http://www.google.com/search?q=moun…

Propylene Glycol – A liquid used in the automotive industry to winterize RVs. It’s also used to make the fake blueberries you see in blueberry muffins, bagels and breads. (Combined with artificial colors and corn syrup.) See shocking “Fake Blueberries” video at: http://www.naturalnews.tv/v.asp?v=7…

Sodium (Salt) – The processed white salt lacking in trace minerals. In the holistic nutrition industry, we call it “death salt” because it promotes disease and death. Real salt, on the other hand, such as “dirty” sea salt or pink Himalayan salt, is loaded with the trace minerals that prevent disease, such as selenium (cancer), chromium (diabetes) and zinc (infectious disease). Much like with bread and sugar, white salt is terrible for your health. And don’t be fooled by claims of “sea salt” in grocery stores. All salt came from the sea if you go far back enough in geologic time, so they can slap the “sea salt” claim on ANY salt!

Sodium Nitrite – A cancer-causing red coloring chemical added to bacon, hot dogs, sausage, beef jerky, ham, lunch meats, pepperoni and nearly all processed meats. Strongly linked to brain tumors, pancreatic cancers and colon cancers (http://www.naturalnews.com/007024.html). The USDA once tried to ban it from the food supply but was out-maneuvered by the meat industry, which now dominates USDA regulations. Sodium nitrite is a complete poison used to make meats look fresh. Countless children die of cancer each year from sodium nitrite-induced cancers.

Soy Protein – The No. 1 protein source used in “protein bars,” including many bars widely consumed by bodybuilders. Soy protein is the “junk protein” of the food industry. It’s made from genetically modified soybeans (often grown in China) and then subjected to hexane, a chemical solvent (http://www.naturalnews.com/026303_s…) that can literally explode.

Sucralose – An artificial chemical sweetener sold as Splenda. The sucralose molecule contains a chlorine atom (http://www.naturalnews.com/027491_a…). Researchers have repeatedly found that artificial sweeteners make people fat by actually promoting weight gain (http://www.naturalnews.com/024543_h…).

Sugar – The bleached, nutritionally-deficient byproduct of cane processing. During sugar cane processing, nearly all the minerals and vitamins end up in the blackstrap molasses that’s usually fed to farm animals. (Blackstrap molasses is actually the “good” part of sugar cane juice.) Molasses is often fed to farm animals because every rancher knows that farm animals need good nutrition to stay alive. Amazingly, conventional doctors don’t yet realize this about humans, and they continue to claim that eating sugar is perfectly fine for you. Sugar promotes diabetes, obesity, mood disorders and nutritional deficiencies.

Textured Vegetable Protein – Usually made of soy protein which is extracted from genetically modified soybeans and then processed using hexane, an explosive chemical solvent (see Soy Protein, above). Widely used in vegetarian foods such as “veggie burgers” (most of which also contain MSG or Yeast Extract, by the way).

Yeast Extract – Hidden form of MSG that contains free glutamate and is used in many “natural” food products to claim “No MSG!” Yeast extract contains up to 14% free glutamate. You’ll find it in thousands of grocery store products, from soups to snack chips. I even once spotted it used on fresh meat!

Food label tricks

Here’s a trick food companies frequently used to pack more sugar into their products without making sugar look like the first ingredient:

Ingredient labels, you see, must list the most prominent ingredients first, and some consumers might freak out of they saw a box of cereal that said, “Sugar, whole grain wheat, corn” and so on. Instead, the company uses 3 or 4 different forms of sugar to distribute them farther down the label, like this:

“Whole grain wheat, sugar, corn syrup, corn syrup solids…”

This way, the first ingredients looks like “whole grain wheat” when, in reality, the cereal might be over fifty percent sugars!

How to buy honest food

• Shop are your local farmer’s market, food co-op or CSA.

• In the USA, look for the USDA Organic label on foods. This is a legitimate claim to being certified organic. It’s one of the few programs run by the USDA that actually has integrity.

• Read the ingredients labels! If you see names of chemicals you can’t pronounce, don’t buy it.

• Buy more unprocessed food ingredients and make your own meals rather than buying ready-to-eat, processed foods, which are almost universally formulated with disease-promoting ingredients.

• GROW some of your own food! The best food you can ever eat is food from your own garden.

Super Beetle Destroying Entire Monsanto GM Bt-Corn Crops!

By Rady Ananda

Nature herself may be the best opponent of genetically modified crops and pesticides.  Not only plants, but insects are also developing resistance.  The Western rootworm beetle – one of the most serious threats to corn – has developed resistance to Monsanto’s Bt-corn, and entire crops are being lost. [Image]

Farmers from several Midwest states began reporting root damage to corn that was specifically engineered with a toxin to kill the rootworm.  Iowa State University entomologist Aaron Gassmann recently confirmed that the beetle, Diabrotica virgifera virgifera, has developed resistance to the Bt protein, Cry3Bb1.

Bacillus thuringiensis – Bt – is a bacterium that kills insects.  Different proteins are engineered into cotton as well as corn plants.

Two-thirds of all US corn is genetically modified per the USDA, and the bulk of that is Bt-corn. Monsanto has the biggest market share in the US, reporting about 35% in 2009.

In response to the July 2011 study, Monsanto said only the “YieldGard® VT Triple and Genuity® VT Triple PRO™ corn products” are affected.

“It appears he has demonstrated a difference in survival in the lab, but it is too early to tell whether there are implications for growers in the field.”

However, Kansas State researchers summarized the study, indicating that the specimens tested came from fields suffering severe rootworm damage and compared them to those from unaffected fields.  In other words, it was a field study.

Resistance developed where the same Bt corn had been grown at least three years in a row.  Gassmann found “a significant positive correlation between the number of years Cry3Bb1 maize had been grown in a field and the survival of rootworm populations on Cry3Bb1 maize in bioassays.”

Ag Professional’s Colleen Scherer explains that “the Cry3Bb1 toxin is the major one deployed against rootworms. There is no ‘putting the genie back in the bottle,’ and resistance in these areas is a problem that won’t go away.”

Monsanto urges farmers to try their “stacked” GM products where more than one trait is engineered and to employ integrated pest management (IPM) techniques.

Kind of like getting on a treadmill of ever increasing DNA manipulation and chemicals to maintain monocultures, instead of reverting to time-honored mixed farms that use companion plants (including weeds) for pest control. IPM does not have to include toxic chemicals or genetic manipulation for success.  (See, e.g., Sepp Holzer’s Permaculture).

This year, Monsanto launched a “triple-stack” sweet corn which it envisions being sold at Farmers Markets.  The FDA’s GMO label ban will certainly help, since most people who buy local are specifically trying to avoid genetically engineered foods.

In line with Monsanto’s goal to enter farmers markets, the Union of Concerned Scientists just came out with a report urging federal financial support in order to create jobs. The report notes that the number of farmers markets has doubled in the past ten years.

But, as we watch the feds target natural producers with raids and product seizure, while leaving Cargill’s 36 million pounds of tainted turkey alone until someone died, we can expect that any federal money put toward farmers markets will be used to support only that produce which is genetically modified, chemically doused and/or irradiated.

Why Did Russia Ban The Use Of Microwave Ovens?

Seedlings Watered With Microwaved Water (left) & Purified Water (right) Microwaves Kill Nutritional Value

In Russia, microwave ovens were banned in 1976 because of their negative health consequences as many studies were conducted on their use. The ban was lifted after Perestroika in the early 90’s.

Here are some of their findings on microwaving food:

1. Microwaved foods lose 60 ~ 90% of the vital-energy field and microwaving accelerates the structural disintegration of foods.

2. Microwaving creates cancer-causing agents within milk and cereals.

3. Microwaving alters elemental food-substances, causing digestive disorders.

4. Microwaving alters food chemistry which can lead to malfunctions in the lymphatic system and degeneration of the body’s ability to protect itself against cancerous growths.

5. Microwaved foods lead to a higher percentage of cancerous cells in the bloodstream.

6. Microwaving altered the breakdown of elemental substances when raw, cooked, or frozen vegetables were exposed for even a very short time and free radicals were formed.

7. Microwaved foods caused stomach and intestinal cancerous growths, a general degeneration of peripheral cellular tissues, and a gradual breakdown of the digestive and excretive systems in a statistically high percentage of people.

8. Microwaved foods lowered the body’s ability of the body to utilize B-complex vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotropics.

9. The microwave field next to a microwave oven caused a slew of health problems as well.

10. Heating prepared meats in a microwave sufficiently for human consumption created:
* d-Nitrosodiethanolamine (a well-known cancer-causing agent)
* Destabilization of active protein biomolecular compounds
* Creation of a binding effect to radioactivity in the atmosphere.
* Creation of cancer-causing agents within protein-hydrosylate compounds in milk and cereal grains.

11. Microwave emissions also caused alteration in the catabolic (breakdown) behaviour of glucoside – and galactoside – elements within frozen fruits when thawed in this way.

12. Microwaves altered catabolic behavior of plant-alkaloids when raw, cooked or frozen vegetables were exposed for even very short periods.

13. Cancer-causing free radicals were formed within certain trace-mineral molecular formations in plant substances, especially in raw root vegetables.

14. Due to chemical alterations within food substances, malfunctions occurred in the lymphatic system, causing degeneration of the immune systems’ capacity to protect itself against cancerous growth.

15. The unstable catabolism of micro-waved foods altered their elemental food substances, leading to disorders in the digestive system.

16. Those ingesting micro-waved foods showed a statistically higher incidence of stomach and intestinal cancers, plus a general degeneration of peripheral cellular tissues with a gradual breakdown of digestive and excretory system function.

17. Microwave exposure caused significant decreases in the nutritional value of all foods studied, particularly:
* A decrease in the bioavailability of B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotrophics
* Destruction of the nutritional value of nucleoproteins in meats
* Lowering of the metabolic activity of alkaloids, glucosides, galactosides and nitrilosides (all basic plant substances in fruits and vegetables)
* Marked acceleration of structural disintegration in all foods.

Microwave Ovens Destroy The Nutritional Value Of Your Food

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

“The rise of widespread nutritional deficiencies in the western world correlates almost perfectly with the introduction of the microwave oven. This is no coincidence. Microwave ovens heat food through a process of creating molecular friction, but this same molecular friction quickly destroys the delicate molecules of vitamins and phytonutrients (plant medicines) naturally found in foods. One study showed that microwaving vegetables destroys up to 97% of the nutritional content (vitamins and other plant-based nutrients that prevent disease, boost immune function and enhance health).”

“In other words, eating raw broccoli provides you with natural anti-cancer medicine that’s extremely effective at halting the growth of cancer tumours. But microwaving that broccoli destroys the anti-cancer nutrients, rendering the food “dead” and nutritionally depleted. There’s even some evidence to suggest that microwaving destroys the natural harmony in water molecules, creating an energetic pattern of chaos in the water found in all foods. In fact, the common term of “nuking” your food is coincidentally appropriate: Using a microwave is a bit like dropping a nuclear bomb on your food, then eating the fallout. (You don’t actually get radiation from eating microwaved foods, however. But you don’t get much nutrition, either.)”

So. if you are going to use a microwave oven, it is suggested that you set and walk out of the kitchen where practical. The American FDA advised “don’t stand in front of a microwave for long periods of time”. There is a lot of researching being conducted into microwave oven and the effects that it may have on human bodies. Final studies have not been released as yet, but if the above is any indication to the negative affects on food, I can only imagine the effects on the human body. So if you don’t have to use a microwave oven, then don’t. Even if it is to preserve the quality and nutritional value of your food.

Hartmann – Geeky Science – The Ultimate Spy tool

The journal Science is reporting this week that a super thin electronic patch that sticks to the skin like a temporary tattoo could transform medical sensing, computer gaming and even spy operations. The micro-electronics technology – called an epidermal electronic system or EES – was developed by an international team of researchers from the United States, China and Singapore. One of the creators – Professor John Rogers from the University of Illinois has said that EES eliminates the “distinction between electronics and biology” because it “integrates with the skin in a way that is mechanically and physiologically invisible to the user.” In test studies the patch was used instead of bulky electrodes to monitor brain, heart and muscle tissue activity and users who had it on their throat operated a voice-activated video game with more than 90 percent accuracy. The wireless device is nearly weightless and requires so little power it can fuel itself with miniature solar collectors or by picking up electromagnetic radiation. Less than 50-microns thick – the device is thinner than a human hair and as soft as human skin and it can stick to the skin without any glue or sticky material. In fact – EES uses a molecular force known as “van der Waals interactions” to create adhesion between the patch and human skin on the molecular level. Scientists have spent six years developing this technology and they believe that EES might find future medical uses in patients with sleep apnea, babies who need neonatal care and for making electronic bandages to help skin heal from wounds and burns.

On the other hand, it could also be the ultimate spy tool. Imagine somebody comes up to you and touches your neck and, unbeknownst to you, you are now carrying a device that can transmit to somebody else everything from your blood pressure – are you under stress or lying? – to the words you’re speaking. Future versions may even have cameras in them. And they wouldn’t even need to touch you – a few thousand of them could be blown into a crowd – it wouldn’t even look like a little bit of dust – and suddenly everybody is chipped, everybody is monitored, everybody is trackable anywhere on earth. And this isn’t my paranoid rant – this is explicitly why the spy organizations of the countries that collaborated to develop this – Singapore, China, and the United States – are so excited about it. More as the story develops…

Anti-psychotic drugs found in over-the-counter UK painkiller packs

Drugs regulators have launched an investigation after packs of the painkiller Nurofen Plus were found to contain antipsychotic drugs.

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) issued a safety alert following reports that some batches of Nurofen Plus contained individual blister packs of another drug, Seroquel XL 50mg.

Packs from the three batches — numbered 13JJ, 57JJ and 49JJ — have been distributed across the UK and thousands could be affected.

It is unclear how the mix-up could have happened, especially as Seroquel XL is manufactured by AstraZeneca, while Nurofen is made by Reckitt Benckiser. Neither company is ruling out the possibility of sabotage, media reports said.

The MHRA warned anyone buying the painkillers to be extra vigilant, while pharmacists have been advised to check before selling packs of the over-the-counter drug.

The large Seroquel XL 50 mg capsules can be identified by their gold and black packaging while the smaller Nurofen Plus tablets have silver and black packaging.

Ian Holloway, from the MHRA’s defective medicines report centre (DMRC), said: “People should check to see if they have any affected packets of Nurofen Plus. If you do, return them to the pharmacy where you bought them from. You can also report this to the MHRA?s DMRC on 020 3080 6574.

If you have taken a tablet and you have any questions, speak to your GP.

Reckitt Benckiser said there had been three cases identified so far, all within the south London area. Thousands more packets could potentially be affected.

“Serious investigations” are under way to establish how the mix-up occurred, a statement issued by the company said.

“After careful review of the manufacturing system, manufacturing errors by the makers of Nurofen Plus or Seroquel XL are not thought to be part of the cause at this stage.

“We are taking this matter very seriously and are working closely with the regulatory authority, the MHRA, and pharmacies.

“The MHRA are investigating the issue, and have considerable law enforcement powers.”

Seroquel XL is a prescription-only antipsychotic drug used to treat several disorders including schizophrenia, mania and bipolar depression, while Nurofen Plus is a pain relief drug containing codeine and ibufrofen.

The three batches of the painkiller affected each contain between 4,000 and 7,500 packs, however not all the 32-tablet packs were affected.
