Rethink Sugary Drink

Did you know there are about 10 teaspoons of sugar in a can of regular soft drink?

Over time all those extra kilojoules in sugary drinks start to add up. If you’re not burning them off, you could be drinking yourself fat, increasing your risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and some cancers. Go with water, reduced-fat milk or unsweetened drinks instead.
