Intricate crop circles of Buddhist symbol for infinite time and wisdom appears in crop field By Amy Oliver

This is the latest intricate crop circle to appear overnight in a British wheat field.

The mysterious pattern resembles the ancient Tibetan Buddhist symbol of an ‘endless knot’ – a complex loop of lines and circles used to illustrate the eternal flow of time.

The symbol has many meanings but because it has no beginning and no end many people who follow the religion say it represents the wisdom of Buddha.

Amateur pilot Matthew Williams snapped the pattern near Cheesefoot Head, Hampshire. He said: ‘I’m a bit of a sceptic, but this is such an intricate design, I don’t know who could make such a thing.

‘To me, there’s such peace and calm emanating from this formation. The tangled mass of twists and turns release some great energy when you realise it is an unbroken line.’

  1. This crop circle was man-made. The ‘real’ crop circles have distinctive swirls which cannot be duplicated by people stamping on boards.

    • To large and intricate to have been made by a human. Humans have not demonstrated anything NEAR this complexity in the sloppy patterns they HAVE made.

  2. It was made by humans. See the straight lines where they flattened the crop between the outside edge of the square and the edge of the circle?

    • Appreciate your opinion. Don’t agree with your assessment. Much too complex for a human to make in a matter of days, never mind overnight in the cover of darkness.

      • I concur with that opinion. Also what is really to be gained with the enormous amount of work/inconvenience in faking it? Fakers only fake for three reasons:

        1) Money

If money was exchanged, by who and why?

        2) infamey

All grafitti artists leave a tag

        3) Out of respect for culture or art

Those who mark their respect like to be identified so as not to be confused with the orginal.

    • darn right it was made by humans. humans in front of a computer using photoshop. See the link. i threw this together in photoshop in less than 5 minutes. “uups, they just multiplied”.

      • The dailymail might be edited by “bottom feeders” but they wouldn’t stoop that low. Nice try doody 😉

  3. Interesting blog. I originally thought the [not faked] crop circles were a kind of tag used by other world visitors. This one contextually makes no sense. It is a real message of good will or a “false flag” omen for those who mean us [?] serious harm [when the field is reaped “endless time” runs out].

  4. I would like to see some close up pics before I stamp it as ‘fake’. I know the tell-tale differences between the real ones and man made ones.

  5. Is there any “evidence” of a man made cause to this? Deer cam footage, cell phone triangulation records, neighbors witnessing someone carrying a large board or dragging a heavy rolling device behind themself?

Whoever made it, they really demonstrate the power of gps. The symetry and smooth lines around each knot is impressive. They must be using a sophisticated software to generate the gps track to follow to create this.

Last what is the haphazard colored things in the background? Is that a festival?

  6. bad photoshop…. notice the intense shadows left left by a traktors tracks in the field un-touched by the “crop circle”. now look at the area within the crop circle. even though the crop has been flattened, the shadows are still just as intense. but with the crop flattened, what throws the shadow?

  7. I marvel at the incredible arrogance of human beings that persist in the belief that they have to be the ONLY intelligent beings in the universe. Such a belief leads inexorably to making up stories about ‘God’ to explain the inexplicable then dressing it all up with more rubbish to create the phenomenon commonly known as organised religion. Just be patient and don’t make assumptions about what any intelligent life from outside our own planet might be like or might do.

FYI this story first appeared in the Hampshire Chronicle days before the Mail picked it up.

  8. With a name like Doody, how do you expect anyone to take what you say seriously?

I looked at what you wrote above, and still don’t think its fake. You seem to have a vested interest in calling this out as a fake. Personal beliefs being challenged? Do you like to feel superior by calling out fakes showing your photoshop skills? Maybe you are employed as a troll by some nefarious government agency?

All speculation, just like your comments above. 😉
